Important information to read before boarding with us.............​

We are CLOSED to the public all major Holiday's:

​Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4.

Staff will be in to care for the cats only.

No pickups or drop offs.

25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required within 24 hours of reservation confirmation for dates that include : Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, July 4th or any reservation that is 10 nights or longer. No exceptions. 

We require a 7 night minimum stay if your reservation includes: July 4, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

We accept: Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

All cats must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months. Owners must email us proof of up to date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines within 7 days of boarding or immediately upon reservation confirmation if boarding sooner.

Your pets must be in a pet carrier at drop off which will stay with us until pickup.

Cats requiring fluids, insulin, 24 hour monitoring, specialized care or appear to be sick will not be admitted under any circumstances.

Drop off and pick up appointments are required. We want to make sure we have time go over with you all the information we need to properly care for your pet.

​We DO NOT schedule pickups or drop offs outside of our published hours due to the safety and security of the pets boarding with us.
