Important information to read before boarding with us.............​

We are CLOSED to the public all major Holiday's:

​Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4

Staff will be in to care for the cats only

No pickups or drop offs

We accept: Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

All cats must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months. Owners must email us proof of up to date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines before drop off.

Your cat(s) must be in a pet carrier at drop off which will stay with us until pickup.

Cats requiring fluids, insulin, 24 hour monitoring or appear to be sick will not be admitted under any circumstances.

If your cat is on any medications ,please provide enough for your cats entire stay any extra will be returned.

 Your cat will be checked for fleas and ticks upon arrival. If staff finds evidence (flea dirt or live fleas ) we will apply Capstar at your expense which will be added to your bill.

Full payment for time reserved is required once your cat is in our care. You will be charged a fee of $15.00 if you pick up or drop off after or before our posted business hours (this would need to be approved by management). If you are boarding for more than 14 days 50% of the total bill will be charged at drop off. 

If your cat gets sick while under our care will make every effort to contact you, your emergency contact and your family vet. If we cannot reach anyone, we will use our vet or the emergency cat hospital (depending on the time of day). All expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

Drop off and pickup appointments are required. We want to make sure we have time go over with you all the information we need to properly care for your cat.

We do prefer you bring your own cat food. A sudden change of diet can cause vomiting, diarrhea or unwanted stress for your cat, possibly causing them not to eat at all. If you choose to use our food, we provide Fancy Feast canned food and Grain Free dry food.

Please make sure if you are providing your own food you pack enough for the cats full stay and label with the cats name.
Unused food will be given back at the time of checkout 
 We also provide specialty meals and snack at additional cost.
