Stacy Raphael, owner of Cozy Cats Hotel and resident of Cary, NC has over 10 years experience as a Veterinary Assistant in both her native New York and North Carolina. She is also a current cat foster with the Wake County Animal Shelter and has been for the past 12 years. Stacy has donated countless hours in the care and comfort of her feline friends.
Stacy has lived in Cary, NC for the past 22 years with her husband Steven, their 3 children, Alexis, Kyra and Jonathan as well as their 4 cats and 2 dogs.
Stacy and Steven decided to open Cozy Cats Hotel when they needed to board their own cats. They noticed that most boarding facilities catered mostly to dogs. Sadly, cats were given small cages at most facilities and very little interaction or stimulation was provided.
They wanted the same quality "fun" care that their dogs received at "Doggie Camp" for their cats as well.
